Our last show for the first semester turned out great. Our intro was the 12 Days of Christmas and our Something to Think about was a happy holiday message from the Wolfcast. We had crazy Christmas sound clips throughout the show. And our own Brad Foster wore a Santa hat and a Christmas vest while giving us the sports report.

We featured video during the break contributed by senior Katrina Barber from her recent mission trip to Juarez, Mexico. It that was all part of her Senior Project, which involved a CPHS fundraiser that raised money to help feed people in Juarez while they were there.

Despite numerous obstacles, we finished the show, but were unable to broadcast over the PA system. We finally gave up on the hope of a quick repair and broadcast over the TV's only between B and C lunch.

This was a nostalgic show for us featuring an Intro, Sports Montage, and Transition from last year in honor of our special guest. Class of '07 graduates Rachel Thurner, Whitney Stahl and Clint Johnson returned for a special "Graduate Edition" of The Wolfcast. We had a lot of fun and even made Clint direct the show from the control room - one last time.

It was a big day with more of our Veterans Day programming, a pep rally bell schedule, a video provided by the varsity swim team promoting their match tomorrow at Texas A&M, Brad and Jeff had a preview of the big Leander varsity football game this evening and we featured another inspirational video in anticipation of the game.

Technical difficulties plagued this broadcast including many parts to the broadcast that could not be recovered from the original filming. We featured a new Moment of Silence slide show and a video send off for the Cross Country Team as they get ready for the State Meet this weekend.

Brad Foster took a turn at anchoring from the news desk. Here he is introducing the student newspaper's two new initiatives: the newsstand in the cafeteria (on A day lunches) and their first ever Wolfpack Weekly. Friday's show was finished on time making 4 out of 5 times this week that we made our broadcast deadline.

This show marked Jeff Lowe's first time to do The Wolfcast Sports Report on his own. We also had the first installment of Priscilla Smith's continuing series of reports about student life at Cedar Park High School. This show also marked Mac Guy’s first time as the show’s technition.

Although we missed being able to broadcast at the beginning of the second period by a few minutes, we were ready with all the parts of the show except for one that failed to publish correctly due to technology glitches.

We featured speeches by the students running for contested Freshman class officer positions. The freshman elections are today and tomorrow.

This was the only broadcast we produced this week. Network problems prevented our scheduled Wednesday show. A lot of hard work went into this very special broadcast that marked a turning point at Cedar Park High School.

Today's show started with Mr. LaFever's announcement that he was stepping down from his position as Principal effective this afternoon so that he could accept an exciting new position at the District Office. He also announced that Mr. Langlois was taking over as Principal.
We featured a special tribute slide show to Mr. LaFevers during the broadcast. Additionally, our Sports Department worked well into the morning so that we could feature highlights from last nights first Varsity Football game with analysis from Brad and Jeff including the Play of the Game and Offensive and Defensive Players of the Game.

Even though technical difficulties prevented us from broadcasting all of our shows on time, we were able to broadcast each of the 4 days we were scheduled during our first week of school. Friday's show featured the 3rd installment of the Football Preview Series, featuring the offensive backfield.
During September, The Wolfcast will broadcast on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. We will resume everyday broadcast on October 1st.
