The QUEST curriculum enables students to learn tools and strategies to further develop their gifts and talents in school and in life. In QUEST, students learn Creative Productive Thinking Skills, Decision Making, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Creative Awareness. In a nutshell, QUEST provides challenging interdisciplinary units that incorporate creative and critical thinking with high standards for task commitment and quality work.

SCREENING CHILDREN FOR QUEST:
The Fall 2008 Screening for QUEST is completed, and the next screening period will begin in May 2009. Letters of children who qualify for QUEST will be sent home the first week of June 2009.

If a parent would like to have their child screened, please complete the forms and submit them to me to screen your child in May 2009.
• The initial QUEST screening on all Kindergarten students begins in January 2009. All kindergarten students are automatically screened for the QUEST gifted and talented program.

QUEST CLASSES are in full gear as we dive deep into our grade level specific units. Children may use the grade level links as resources to aid in the study of our units. Unit letters go home in QUEST folders to keep you up to date on what your child is accomplishing during our classes.
