Renaissance Place

Renaissance Place is the new web-based interface to Accelerated Reader, Accelerated Math, STAR Reading, and STAR Math.

All the teacher management portions of these products are web-based. The student portion of Accelerated Reader is also web-based. However, STAR Reading and STAR Math are not. See instructions below on how to login and use each component.
Login to Renaissance Place
Since Renaissance Place is a web-based application, it should be accessed with Internet Explorer or Safari.

The address is renplace.leanderisd.org. See your campus tech facilitator for shortcuts on your campus.

  • For Teacher login, click on Teacher/Administrator.
  • For Student login, click on Student.

  • For User Name, type firstname_lastname

  • The first time password for teachers is password1. You will be prompted to change your password on the first login. The password MUST contain a number.
  • Student passwords will be the same as their computer login accounts.
