1. Please make sure you have signed the mobile lab out through the lab scheduler.
2. Make sure you plug the cart into a power outlet in your room.
3. Make sure you plug the Ethernet cord into a network port in your room.
4. If a laptop is turned on, restart the laptop by holding down the power button until it is completely turned off.
a. Wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on.
5. If the login screen shakes when a student tries to login, restart the computer.
6. ALWAYS MONITOR the students to ensure they do not scratch, draw, or touch the screen.
7. If any applications freeze, try to “force quit” the application. (See Attached) If that won’t work, restart the laptop. In many cases this fixes the problem.
8. When students shut down the laptops, make sure the screen is completely black before closing.
9. When you return the laptops to the mobile lab, please make sure they are all plugged in. The lights should be red/orange when you plug them back in.
