QUEST Supply List

Every QUEST student will need:

• New Spiral Notebook
• ONE glue stick
• Box of 24 crayons (Grades 1 and 2) OR Box of Pencil Colors (grades 3-5)
• One NEW ULTRA FINE POINT Black Sharpie
• One plastic 3-prong folder (any color)
• At least 6 pencils
• Small Pencil Box (can be last year’s)
• Small file box and 3x5 index file cards
• Grades 3-5 Flash drive/Jump Drive (if you don’t already have one). Please LABEL it clearly
• Grades 3-5 Magic Rub eraser


In addition newly identified QUEST students will need to bring:
• 1 ½ inch 3-hole binder (no zipper binders please)
• Set of 5 dividers
• Notebook paper


Also, please provide the following:

• Paper towels 1st Grade
• Wet Wipes 2nd Grade
• Small Dixie paper bathroom cups 3rd Grade
• Clorox/Disinfectant wipes 4th Grade
• Large box of Kleenex or Puffs 5th Grade

These supplies will be used during class as needed by all the students and do not need to be labeled.

There are always things that we need in the QUEST class. Feel free to pick up any QUESTy kinds of items (blank CDs, pipe cleaners, large water cooler-style water jugs, COLORED Duct tape, tennis balls, Velcro strips, glue dots)

Returning QUESTers need to make sure that they returned their QUEST folder and signed Independent Study Assessment to the QUEST room at the end of the year. If not, bring them to the QUEST room as soon as possible!
