This form must be filled out and signed by the student and the parent. If you are bringing a guest they must sign and have their parent sign as well. These forms are due back by May 23.

Registration for Project Graduation will be at Cedar Park High School in the cafeteria. Registration will be from 10:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Graduates/guests will be taken by bus to Main Event. Graduates will arrive back at CPHS at approximately 6:00 a.m. on June 9th. All graduates/guests must ride the bus to Main Event.
