LISD Festival Bands performance @ Bible Stadium - Bible Stadium is located on Baghdad Road beside Leander High School.



5:30pm Meet at CPMS Cafeteria (enter through the patio doors near the bus lanes). Do not be late. We will practice the routine a few times, get changed into your CPMS Guard shirts, and then load the bus.
6:00pm Leave CPMS for Bible Stadium.
7:00pm Festival begins. The CPMS Guard will be tagging along with Mr. Floyd and the CPHS Guard for the evening.

***Each MS band will play a couple of songs, each of the HS bands will march portions of their competition routines, and the CPMS Guard will perform. When the CPMS Guard has finished performing, they may leave with a parent or guardian. However, the parent or guardian MUST sign their student out with a chaperone or Mr. Floyd before leaving.***

8:45pm (approx.) Festival ends. Any remaining students will load bus and return to CPMS.
9:00pm (approx.) Parents, please make arrangements to pick students up on time.




Parents:
• All times during the Festival are approximate.
• Entrance fee to the Festival is $5.00 for adults - $3.00 for children.
• Parking at Leander HS/Bible Stadium is limited. Please allow extra time for parking/traffic.
• Only a parent/guardian may check out a student to leave the Festival.
• Videotaping will be allowed.


Students:
• Please eat before you come at 5:30pm. You may or may not be able to go to the concession stand at the Festival. Bring money just in case.
• We will wear our CPMS Guard T-shirts (tucked in with a belt), blue jeans, and tennis shoes. Your hair needs to be out of your face in a neat, attractive way. Make up is normal.
• All school rules apply.
• You MUST have a chaperone with you at all times.
