Welcome to the two-time Texas Color Guard Circuit State Champion Cedar Park Middle School Color Guard. We are now entering our fifth year of exciting performances.

This year, we will learn the basic positions and movements for flag and rifle. Students will also learn the history of color guard and view performances by many nationally ranked color guards. The guard will have the opportunity to perform at various functions including pep rallies, football games, and special school functions.

CPMS WINS 1ST PLACE!
Congratulations to the members and staff of the Cedar Park Middle School Winter Guard. The Guard traveled to Connally High School on Saturday for their first competition of the 2008 season. The Guard delivered a fantastic routine and won 1st place – not only beating their middle school competition by twenty points, but also outscoring seventeen high school guards!

The Winter Guard’s next competitions will be at Hendrickson High School, then McNeil High School, and then on to State Championships in Houston, where the CPMS Winter Guard will be attempting to bring home a third State Championship title.

Way to go Guard!
