The team of Kelsie Kolinek, Christie Wilson and Gina Farruggia will be advancing to the FCCLA National STAR Events competition in July 2006 in Nashville TN. The team won First Place at State Competitons this month in Fort Worth, Texas. They competed in the Hospitality category of STAR events. Their project entailed the design of a customer service training program.

Also competing in the State Competion in the category of Applied Technology was the team of Melissa Stavely and Caitlin Chumbley. They were awarded Fourth place at the State Competition.

A second Hospitality team of Dasha C. and Marisa Rosales was awarded Fourth place in the Hospitality category.

Competing in the Entrepreneurship Catergory was the team consisting of Monty Wilt and Morgan Murphy.
