Hi My name is Frank Bott. This is my second year teaching 3rd grade at Rutledge Elementary. I'm really looking forward to the school year and I hope you are too! My family and and I moved to Texas from Iowa last summer. I had spent the previous year teaching 4th grade in the Johnston School District which is a suburb of Des Moines. My wife Vicki, my three children Rebecca 16, Joe 14, and Sam 11 and I have loved living in Austin for this past year. Rebecca is a junior and Joe a freshman at Vista Ridge High School while Sam will be in 6th grade at Henry Middle School. All three of the kids are dedicated year round swimmers with the Nitro Swim Team in Cedar Park. The sport keeps us busy traveling throughout Texas and around the country. This year will be really great at Rutledge! You'll learn so much and we'll have lots of fun. The rest of third grade team and I are looking forward to getting to know you and your family and having a successful 2008-09 school year.
