IB offers three programs which span from kindergarten to pre-university.
The Primary Years Programme for pupils aged 3 to 12 focuses on the development of the whole child in the classroom and the world outside.
The Middle Years Programme for pupils aged 11 to 16 provides academic challenge and life skills.
The Diploma Programme for students aged 16 to 19 is a challenging two-year curriculum leading to final exams and welcomed by leading universities worldwide. Leander High School is a certified IB Diploma campus.

Each program includes concept based taught, written, and assessed curriculums created through teacher training and a process of school authorization and evaluation.
