Listener’s Club is a great opportunity for your child to develop a love of reading that will last a lifetime.
Record the titles of the books that your child reads to you and/or that you read to/with your child. If you are reading a chapter book to/with your child, each chapter counts as one book. When your child has read 20 books, return the first sheet to me – this will mark your child’s “official enrollment” in Listener’s Club! Please continue to read to/with your child, and keep track of what you are reading on the remaining reading log pages. Please send the reading log pages to me as you complete them (20 books per page). I will keep track of how many books your child has read.
When your child has read 100 books, his/her accomplishment will be shared with the entire school over the morning announcements! Please do not stop at 100 – keep gong to 200, 300, and beyond!
