The first week of school, our class will develop their own mission statement (why we come to school). Once created, it will be posted here.


Mrs. Cassity's Koalas come to school to learn. We want to learn so we can get smarter and go to high school. We want to go to high school to learn things and get smarter. We also come to school to make new friends, have fun, and give warm fuzzies.

During the first week of school we will talk about expectations. We will decide on a "code of conduct" or social contract for our class. This will include how we will treat one another and general rules. Each student, as well as I, will sign this "contract". It will be posted here once it has been established.

In Mrs. Cassity's class we promise to:
listen to others (no talking when others are talking)
keep our bodies to our selves (no pushing, hitting, kicking)
be nice and give warm fuzzies
to try our best everyday
