Please complete the following form to make your submission for the textbook review process. All publishers are on the same form. You will have the option of submitting a different form for Levels IV and V. The rubric for you to use repeats itself for each of the available publishers. The textbook portion of the rubric will have 60% weight and the ancillary portion will have 40% weight. Each person's vote will count equally.
Make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom of the submission form to answer open-ended questions and to submit your responses. Call Alicia at 15046 if you have any questions.
The descriptors for each of the scoring areas on the rubric are listed under the FIRST publisher only. They are also available to print out at the link to the left "Publisher Rubric Descriptors" |
