My Bachelor of Science degree in Education is from The University of Texas at Austin. My areas of specialization are English and Reading. I am a proud Longhorn!
I have a wonderful husband named Russell, who also teaches at Parkside and a cute, smart, funny 6 year old son, Ethan. We have also welcomed a new addition to our family! Brendan Phillip was born May 23rd. We have enjoyed getting to know our new little guy all summer.
He's lucky to have such a good big brother to show him the ropes. Our family enjoys spending time together taking pictures, shopping, reading together and "going to hotels" (as Ethan says). W
We don't usually go far from home, but there's just something fun about staying in a hotel. We love to go to the beach and San Antonio--Ethan loves Fiesta Texas and Russell and I love the Riverwalk. We root for the Longhorns in the fall (well, all the time, really) and we all enjoy going to the movies.
