Welcome to second grade! I am so excited to be your child’s teacher for this fun-filled, exciting year of learning. We have hopes and dreams to discover and goals to exceed. I am looking forward to getting to know each of your families.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2004, I received a Master of Science degree in Social Work. I received my teaching certificate in 2007. This is my 2nd year teaching at Naumann. Prior to teaching, I was a social worker for a non-profit organization.
I am married with 2 beautiful children. My daughter, Gabriela, is a 4th grader and my son, Joaquin, is a very active 2 year old. We spent the summer enjoying our time together and trying to stay cool.
