What is Senior Project exactly?
Senior Project is a multi-part major project for LISD seniors in the Fall that includes: 1)a research paper; 2)a portfolio; and 3)a product; and 4)a presentation before a panel of judges.
AP Senior English students are asked to write a research paper based on a study of two major literary works. The product portion is optional.
Who does Senior Project?
All LISD seniors do Senior Project in English IV class.
When are the Senior Project Presentations?
Senior Project Presentations are scheduled on:

December 11 & 12
Cedar Park High School
December 5 & 6
Vista Ridge High School
December 3
Senior Project Presentations Schedule:
3:00-3:30 p.m. Judges' training
3:30-4:00 p.m. Packet pick-up / Refreshments
4:00-6:00 p.m. Review portfolios & judging session
6:00-7:00 p.m. Reception/celebration for students, parents and staff
Judges' Training
*All judges are required to attend training their first year of judging.
*High school faculty training will be conducted at a campus faculty meeting.
*Non-high school judges training sessions are conducted at 3:00 p.m. each day of the presentations.
*Alternative training times are available before the dates of presentations if 3:00 p.m. does not work with your schedule.

Simply complete the judges' registration form link below for Leander High School. In order to register for judging at the other LISD high school campuses, Cedar Park High School or Vista Ridge High School, complete the judges' registration form located at the following links:
