Hello, my name is Mrs. Melanie Wessels. I am a third grade teacher at Naumann Elementary. My undergraduate degree is from Texas Lutheran University. My graduate study is through Texas State University at San Marcos.

I am married to Steve and we have three wonderfully unique children of our own. This year I will have a daughter at Naumann, a son at Cedar Park Middle School and a son at Cedar Park High School.

My family has lived in Cedar Park for seven years and is glad to call it home. We moved here when my husband joined the staff at CPHS the year that it opened. I have been a volunteer at Cypress Elementary, CPMS, and CPHS as well as being a teacher at Naumann.

My philosophy is simple: every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow. Learning is not just a “must have” tool but it is also just plain fun!!
