PDRC Mission Statement:

The Professional Development Resource Center supports the continued professional growth and development of LISD staff and faculty by providing resources that:

• Are research-based instructional materials
  
• Support the Four Challenges and Graduate Profile
  
• Promote Continuous Improvement
  
• Facilitate self-improvement and leadership skills

The PDRC is a collection of resources available to all LISD employees. We have a variety of resources in several media types. These are available for several areas including Continuous Improvement, Leadership, and many Curriculum based subjects.

These materials are available for check out in 30 day increments with a maximum 30 day extension on media. Once requested, the material can be sent to you via intercampus mail or you may visit the PDRC to visually browse the material during normal business hours.

The PDRC also has equipment available for district use.

  • The cost for laminating is $0.20 per linear foot of material used
    
  • A usage form is required prior to using the machine
  
  
• Poster Maker (Please contact us to schedule an appointment)
  
  • Will print in red, blue, green or black ink on white paper
    
  • The cost for the poster maker is $4.00 each
    
  • A usage form is required prior to using the machine
  
  
• Die Cutter
  
  • Available in 4” D’Nealian Alphabet, Pentaminoes,
    3-D shapes, and Algebra Tiles
  
  
• Paper Cutters
