Born in 1948 in Vallejo, California to WWII veteran Col. Raymond Curtice and wife Elizabeth, Peter Curtice grew up in the far east, Hawaii, California and Texas.

Married with three children, Peter has been teaching at Leander High School for the past 12 years. His wife Claire, is also at teacher at Leander High.

Two of their children, Raymond and Mary, graduated from Leander High and their third child Susan is a Senior at Leander. Raymond is married has one child and is an aerospace engineer with Bell Helicopter in Ft. Worth.
Mary is married and has 2 sons, Curtice Andrew and Leavitt Thomas, and is currently employed as an attorney in San Antonio.
