I can hardly believe it's already October! We will be learning several new things this month.
Our class has been working on descriptive Haunted House stories. These will be hanging outside of our room soon! I am amazed with all of the wonderful authors that we have in our class!
We also started Spanish classes last week! Mrs. Childress (Sofia's mom) is coming into our class once a week, for a Spanish enrichment lesson. The students are really enjoying this time to role play with a new language!
In Science, we have started our unit on Matter. The students will have the opportunity to participate in several hands-on experiments. They are creating a Liquid Experiments book that they will be bringing home in the next couple of weeks.
