We are presently developing a series of Self-Help Guides that the user can utilize to help identify the specific problem their equipment is exhibiting. Where applicable, it will also direct the user in some simple techniques used to resolve the issue, or it will indicate the information that should be communicated to the LISD Technology Help Desk so that the problem can be resolved in a timely fashion.
