Ink cartridges are available through the library (instead of CPHS tech support).
Once you have determined that the ink cartridge definitely needs replacing, you can get a replacement cartridge by visiting the library. Cartridges will NOT be given out to students, so please do NOT send them - they will only be given to staff members. You will need to know the printer type and the ink type (color or black) when you pick up your cartridge.
Our ink budget is based on the previous year's usage and is limited. Please be sure that a cartridge really needs replacing before doing so. Some departments/subjects actually have their own ink/toner budget and should continue to manage their own supplies.
Contact the LISD Help Desk (x15266) if a cartridge replacement does not appear to solve the printing problem - this could be an indicator of mechanical problem with the printer. Also, toner cartridges for laser printers will continue to be supplied by calling the LISD Help Desk (x15266).
