Practices for Class Meetings
Rotate the facilitation of meetings.
Stay focused on progress toward class mission and goals (use the classroom data center as the key information resource for the classroom).
Keep a positive focus on continuous improvement.
Use meetings to involve the students and allow them to take ownership of the classroom.
Sit in a community circle, take turns speaking, allow all voices to be heard, no names mentioned except for praise and “kudos”.
To learn more about class meetings and for more resources, please contact any of your facilitators. |
