Online Attendance
|
Attendance needs to be posted within the first 15 minutes of every class so that the attendance office can balance and complete daily attendance reports. A list will be run in the attendance office, for each period, of classes that have not been posted.

- User ID: DLNXX###
- XX designates campus
- ### personal 3-digit teacher number

- Enter your attendance under 2nd period, which is your homeroom.
|
- Once you have successfully posted the attendance, you will not be able to change any data.
|
- If you believe an absence has been posted in error, please contact your registrar.
|
- After 90 days of use, your password will expire, and you will need to create a new one, or you may wish to change your password. If your password has expired, a screen message indicates that you need to enter a new password.
- Use the Change Password link when you need to change your password. You will be prompted to change your password when it is close to the expiration.
- If you forget your password, please contact a technology facilitator.

- No activity for 60 minutes will automatically end a session. Activity includes using the save, find or submit buttons.
|
- ALWAYS be sure to LOG OFF the Attendance program!
|

***The state requires a signed, hard copy of attendance to be kept on file for possible auditing purposes. Currently, each campus attendance office is printing weekly reports for teachers to sign. Please make sure you sign your reports.
