Using The Dock |
At the bottom of your screen, you’ll find the Dock. You can position the Dock on the right, left or bottom of the screen.
The Dock gives you instant access to the items you use most. Click an item in the Dock to open it. When you minimize a document, it shrinks into the Dock and appears as a document icon. Clicking a minimized document icon opens the document again. You can resize the Dock, add or remove icons from it, and change its location on the screen; you can even have it appear only when you need it. The Trash icon in the Dock, similar to the Recycle Bin, is where you can drag files and documents you want to delete.
