Basic Troubleshooting
  1. Restart Your computer, hold down the power button until your computer turns completely off. Wait for about 20 seconds and restart it.

    • If you are in an application that freezes, press “OPTION+APPLE+ESC” keys and force quit the application. Restart the application.

    • Another method of Force Quitting is to choose Apple and then Force Quit from the finder menu bar to force quit an application.


  2. Check that all cords and cables are connected securely. We recommend that you unplug everything and then plug everything back in!!!

  3. If a webpage will not load or you can’t access your email, check with your neighbor to see if they are able to access the Internet.
