Welcome to the Vista Ridge swimming team. I am looking forward to my first year with Vista Ridge HS and an exciting year. Eventhough this is most everyone's first year, I am looking to have a strong showing at the district, regional, and STATE meets.

The practice schedule and location will be posted soon. The meet schedule for the year will be posted sometime in September. I am planning on starting practice on the second day of school which is Wednesday the 18th of August. I will let everyone know when the actual start date is set.
