My name is Tracy McDaniel.
I was born and raised in Austin and Dripping Springs. I attended college at the University of Texas and began my teaching career with Lake Travis ISD. I taught first grade for 15 years and this will be my fourth year teaching second grade. My husband is an assistant principal at Leander High School. We have two children, Madison and Drew. Madison will be a junior at Leander and Drew will be a third grader here at Cypress.

I am very eager to begin a new journey of learning with your child. I love being with children and feel blessed each year to be a part of their lives. Each child is a blessing and I look forward to teaching, challenging and nurturing your second grader.
