- You may want to select videos by grade level or content area and save in a common folder.
- You can also burn the files to CDs and share with your team. Keep a library of videos on cd in a safe place to use in the future.

Always cite your source when inserting videos into other applications. |

REMINDER: Throw all unused video from your desktop, documents folder, or group shared folder in your trash can and empty your trash!
These videos can be very large and will take up a lot of space on the server which may cause your campus server to slow down greatly! Keep in mind that downloading videos also takes up a lot of space on your account which will limit what you can save.
If we do not renew the district UnitedStreaming Subscription, we must destroy all materials.
