Students are required to write one article review every six weeks. They are due on the fifth Friday of every six week term. Attached you will find the guidelines and rubric.

This is an intermediate project that is required once every six weeks. The topic is to be something related to content that we covered during that six weeks, to be studied more in depth. Within the current curriculum, the topic is student choice. This is due on the fifth Friday of the six week term. I have attached the rubrics and guidelines, as the format of this project is also student-choice.

This is a major in-depth project that is required once every six weeks and is due the final day of the six week term by 3:45 pm. Students are to pick something to research that they are interested in, and that is related to chemistry. The topic does not need to be directly related to current material in the class, just to chemistry or general science principles in some way. There are many options for the format of this project, and it is explained in the attachment. Students are expected to put in substantial time and effort, as this will be a test grade. Much of this project will be done outside of class. I have attached the rubric and guidelines for this project.
