When you arrive on campus please check in with our receptionist and she will direct you to the Guidance Office.
New-to-District During the Current School Year
Please bring the items listed below along with you to register your student. We are available to register students Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 4:00 pm. The registration process includes completion of our registration packet, meeting with the guidance counselor to set up schedule classes, and a library orientation and student-guided tour. Registration packets may be picked up in advance from the Guidance office.
New-to-District for the Upcoming School Year
The dates and times to register new students for the upcoming school year are listed below along with the items to bring with you to registration. You may stop by the Guidance Office beginning April 15th to pick up a registration packet and choice selection sheet to complete at home. This will speed up your registration process when you return for one of the posted dates/times for registration.
Please bring your student with you so they may meet with a counselor to schedule their classes. Upper class students – it is most helpful for you to have a copy of your latest transcript with you. New students who register prior to August 7 will have the opportunity to attend Ranger Camp – Vista Ridge’s orientation for all new students.
If you are unable to register prior to August 20, you may stop by to pick up a registration packet, but will need to return the first day of school, August 25, to register. Please expect a longer-than-usual wait to register that morning.
Beginning with the first day of classes, Monday, August 25, students are in class 8:45 am to 3:45 pm.
