The purpose of the Leander ISD Volunteer Program is to enrich the quality of education for the district's students by providing opportunities for parents and community members to become actively involved in Leander schools.

Making sure that each and every person that volunteers has gone on to the LISD website and submitted their volunteer application is a major issue with our district. Many of the schools use church volunteers, grandparents, and other outside people who may not have a child at that school, but they still have to be approved through LISD. We have found that volunteers understand the need for this security process. We can all agree that we want to make sure we are keeping the kids in the safest possible situations. That means using cleared volunteers for any and all school activities. (Concessions, meetings, dances...)

Once we receive your approved status from the district, you are clear to help out at THE WORLD’S GREATEST HIGH SCHOOL!!! GO RANGERS!!!!
