If you have any upcoming events that you will be in need of volunteers, please email us the details of the activity. We will need to know:

1. Name of function
2. Date, time and place of function.
3. How many volunteers you need.
4. A brief description of their duties.

We will set it up on our calendar and also email our approved volunteers to ask for their assistance. At least a two-week notice would be greatly appreciated, but whatever, whenever you need us, send us an email! No job is too big or too small for us to help you!! We want to make things as easy as possible for our teachers and staff.

We are not trying to micro manage any of your projects, but please remember the importance of our volunteers being approved prior to assisting in ANY school function.
